Short Film Festival
12 Films Heart is an annual short film festival that has been held around Valentine's Day
in the heart of Boorloo/Perth, Western Australia. Now in its twelfth year, it has become a regular summer offering from both the Perth Cultural Centre and Northbridge Piazza Screens.
The festival presents works from independent, underground filmmakers with a strong DIY aesthetic.
Sometimes quirky, other times moving, these films are always heartfelt and unique expressions
of the many different ways we experience love.
12 Films Heart is the proud winner of the 2018 and 2019 Fringe World Award for Film and Multimedia, presented by Channel Nine.
